    find the realted forums and advertise your site there. you blog is about funding so try to find the business and finalcial forum and invite people to read your blog by provideing some good comments or latest news.

    Get your English language and grammar sorted.

    When you have done that, just write a lot and i mean a LOT, it's they only real way to gaurentee organic traffic.
