Hi all, What % of people's traffic click on their ppc adverts? Industry standard is 0.4% click through, although this is dropping. However, I think if you run a specialist website (for example a credit card compare website) then you will see a much higher proportion of your traffic convert into ppc pay stream. I have never run a website purely to sell advertising, but I am interested to see how much money I could make from a website with maybe 15,000 unique visitors a month on a specialist topic? Any thoughts?
My CTR for this month is 1.67%. All of which were on my website content. So far Adsense for feeds has yielded me nothing and I'm thinking about removing it since people just click through to the website anyway to read my material and view those ads. Your CTR can also depend on your audience. Some people are more likely to click everything they see than others.
Mine is almost the same and i run different niches. And i think a higher ctr could bring you an adsense banned account.
