My directory at http://www.isins.com is currently a pr5. Just what are somethings that could be done to drive traffic to a directory? I don't want it to be just-another-directory.

    - buy traffic links (sitewides on other directories)
    - buy signatures (Webmaster forums)
    - buy custom skin (yours looks like 1,000 other directories)

It'd still just be another directory though

Like octopedia offer incontent links etc, phpld is distinctive, nothing different unless you got a nice PR :D

I noticed the design that separate it from most other directories i've seen. Oh yeah! and the mods too.

Take a look at DirectoryTube. That's a free template, but I customized a lot of things on it and made it look unique.
