    I just got the book with "some" ways :p and I don't think it is worth a purchase because the methods listed are some common ones that can be read all over the Internet.

    The "plan" is this book will cost you about $200. Not all methods are really usable for all kind of sites but some of them will work.

    Really I cant stop laughing, because two hundred dollars is sold for two dollars. But why? are these results tried by everyone right now?
