I’m contemplating to sign up as pro member of “Traffic swarmâ€. But before parting my hard earn money, I wish to find out from members here how effective is this traffic generating system.
I have NEVER understood the point of TrafficSwarm. Maybe I am committing a grievous sin and someone will correct me, but I CANNOT see the point of creating traffic by enlisting lots of other webmasters desperate for traffic to visit your site. It must be the worst-converting traffic anywhere, almost totally pointless. Personally, I say "Don't waste your money" - better use PPC or something. But maybe someone can tell me otherwise...
I guess it works best for selling SEO/make-money-off-the-net-type products, since there is an outside chance that some of those desperate webmasters will take the bait. So basically, unless your target group is webmasters then it really is a waste of time, and as for money, well try it out for free first and see if you get any results whatsoever before shelling out hard-earned cash.
I heard that they are generate quite number of traffic but unfortunately it is against the adsense TOS
I completely agree with you. The logic seems to me to be exactly the same as trying to use a "safelist" to sell a product or service, when the only recipients of your sales email are people who are by definition people who are there because they're trying to sell something themselves. Absolutely pointless.
I'm really surprised TrafficSwarm hasn't changed their system after all these years. I think they'd do much better moving to a true PTC (Pay to Click) model. It's hard to believe their traffic ever converts, except for webmasters promoting web development or Internet Marketing related sites. All the people who sign up with sites outside the Web development/Internet Marketing related niches, are likely to eventually leave after they see how bad their conversion rates are. If TrafficSwarm was PTC, those webmasters would be getting targeted visitors instead of other webmasters who have no interest in dog training, horse breeding, knitting, or whatever niche they're in.
i actually signed up with them about a year ago, but got my account deleted because they kept on having "auto-bots" cheat tests, and i kept on accidentally clicking on them (twice) heh. useless if you ask me
Autobots? Weren't they the ones who did battle to destroy the evil forces of the Decepticons? They were a darn sight more exciting from a web marketing point of view than Traffic Swarm, anyway...
Aside from free page views to your site, nothing. Since most members there just want surf and get credits for their own programs views. If you want to succeed with manual surfs you must have a good splash page.
