Traffic Strategy that WORKS!

Ok, this is not natural topic again asking the best way to get traffic. Maybe it is similar, but I want to talk about the traffic strategies that WORKS.

Let's share in this topic some of the getting traffic STRATEGIES that worked for you.

I don't want to see here recommending you to orientate to social media and and SEO.

I want to see real traffic strategies!

Ok, here is one of my TRAFFIC strategy:

1. Write valuable ind interesting free ebook;
2. Create CloudFlood or PayWithATweet button;
3. Create a squeeze page with this ebook;
4. Let your visitors know about this offer;
5. Share it on the forums you are active at.

Now every visitor, who want to get access to your freebie, has to share your link on facebook or their twitter account. This way you will get a lot of new visitors coming from social media sites. It can get even VIRAL!

And don't forget to put a small button (little logo or banner) on your website home page to the squeeze page of your freebie. This way new visitors will have to do the same and you will get even more visitors.

I was successfully using this method on some of my websites and this really works.

Now I'm going to do the same with my new IM Blog (signature link), but first I need fa bit more of content and to create my freebie.

Now I would be really happy to see, what strategies you are using to get traffic, which works for you and how exactly you are doing this?

Once again try to give something unique and don't provide, what everybody already knows (I mean article marketing, social media, etc.)

This is the first time I have heard of paying with a tweet, seems like a very marketable idea to spread the word. Im actually going to look into it more.

 

I have heard about this method but haven't implemented them yet... How is your rate of success...

Well, at the beginning this rate rather is higher. In sports niche website I received almost 1800 visitors/month than it is getting down, but it still receives few hundred visitors month only from this method without doind anything.

 

That sounds pretty goood...

 

Guess you need to add in some other strategies as well for better result...

 

I think with the help of social media and adwords, you can get huge amount of traffic quite easily.

 

Sure, you can always combine it with other strategies. For example, you can share it on some forums, to get more targeted users.

I gave only idea here, but you can always think by yourself, how you can implement it to get even better results

By the way, I would be really happy to see something you strategies you know.

Thanks for sharing these tips. What businesses should also invest on is CAUSE MARKETING. With cause marketing, you will not only be able to effectively and efficiently market your business, you will also be able to promote social order.

Thanks for sharing your strategies. I am going to use them myself. I would also like to add few tips. Doing interviews, creating audio, podcasts, video tutorial, and doing teleseminars are some of the ever-green techniques to build large communication channels. Once we hit the large channel, we just have to wait for the rush of traffic and links into our blog. Thanks ;-)

   To me, this sounds like some Affiliate work without cash. Just wonder is this really helping? Will people think it deceiving (I mean they are promoting something for a price)?
