Traffic Stats AWStats

Hi

I recently baught a site and have it set up now, while looking through the refering sources on awstats, I noticed the following :

http://216.55.186.22/tserve/trafficserver2.htm

Does this mean that a tarffic package was baught ?

Cant see anything on that page, but if the visitors are bought and you bought the site because the visitors and the seller did not tell you, you are scammed. Reverse the deal.
