Traffic spike

    I got listed on a site briefly for a day and instantly got like 700 page views, the day before though I got around 50 lol, I was just wondering should I report to google something or the explanation of this spike?
    Btw this was like 2 weeks ago.

    Unless that traffic translated into an obscene amount of money or CTR, put it out of your mind.
