    India - 9.1%
    Philippines - 8.3%
    United Kingdom - 5.6%
    Canada - 4.3%
    Indonesia - 3.2%
    Mexico - 2.8%
    Germany - 2.4%
    Singapore - 2.2%
    Netherlands - 2.2%
    Australia - 1.7%
    United Arab Emirates - 1.6%
    Romania - 1.4%
    Chile - 1.0%
    France - 1.0%
    Lithuania - 0.8%
    Argentina - 0.7%
    Belgium - 0.7%
