I want to use a cpm network on my sites. I have heard a lot on this two networks. please any one could tell me which will be the best and who can me genuinely.
Out of those two, I would say to go with TrafficRevenue. They have much faster payments and better support. Also, they have higher CPM rates as well.
Trafficrevenue+: Faster payments, support, higher CPM. Trafficrevenue-: Pay per UIP, don't accept all countries, messy ads. Promoteburner+: Pay per every country, every impression, quite high CPM. Promoteburner-: Slower payments.

Even though they don't accept all countries, if your main traffic is comming from the US, Canada and Europe, you should definately go for traffic revenue from my experience.
It depends where do you want to promote it. Trafficrevenue has higher CPM, but loads up to 40-50 objects (for USA UIP). Promoteburner, as far as I know, has only one banner, nothing else. Do you have very high pageviews per UIP ratio? Do you want safe ads? Do you want to accept all countries? Do you want to wait for payment a month and have lower CPM? Try promoteburner. Do you have almost only UIP? Do you want high CPM? Do you want to be paid usually in 24hrs? Do you have visitors from few accepted countries? Can you afford a mess in ads? Try trafficrevenue.
