If you're really trying to take your blog to the next level, start focusing more on your content. When dealing with the search engines (or any online source of traffic), content will be king. Your content is unique, but now you need to start writing posts on things that are heavily tied to 'Webmaster Help and SEO Tips'. Go to a forum related to your niche, such as this one in Digital Point - and do a search for a term such as 'SEO' - or anything you want to write your next blog post on. Look at the results that come up and pick out threads containing a topic that NEEDS A QUESTION ANSWERED. Those threads will be the inspiration and topic for your next post(s). If it's a popular question being asked in a forum, that same question will probably be popular on somebody's blog as well. And you could also reply to those threads and leave a link to your blog post answering that same question. From my observation, all the juiciest blog posts are born from forums! But just make sure that when you write your post that you use the main word of your post over and over again for SERP. Once you've got your post, take that post and make an article out of it. Send that article to the top directories and then get them bookmarked. Rinse and repeat. Basically, once you've got the CORRECT content, you can then get into the technical traffic generating stuff such as linkbuilding, social bookmarking and things like that. But your content has got to become more targeted.
If it is search engine traffic mostly then find out the keywords for which you are getting traffic and check your rankings on Google for those keywords. If you are not ranking #1 for those keywords try to do some targeted link building and on-page optimization targeting those keywords. But if you are already ranking #1 for those keywords do some keyword research and find some more related keywords that got searched more decently and also don't have much competition. Now, once the keyword research is done try to concentrate on these keywords and if you can rank high for these keywords then you will surely see a huge boost in your traffic.
First off 800 a day is pretty good, simply just continue what you are doing, for some competitive niches it takes months before you see anything useful
