Traffic Methods allowed ?

Hi there,

I want to know that the traffic generated from the following methods is allowed for Adsense or not?

1. Submitting Articles in the articles directories with link to the site.
2. Sending Newsletters to the subscribers list with a link to the website.
3. Submitting articles/stories in the social bookmarking sites.
4. Leaving comments on the myspace profiles.

Any help will be highly appreciated.

as long as nothing says click my ad's or you tell people to in any way you can do what you want with traffic

 

All of the above examples are fine.

 

Don't forget SEO.. organic traffic is great (and the best imo)

 

All the above look fine too me.... but u could always mail them and check up!
