Traffic is the same but direct traffic tripled, search dropped today

    I was checking my Google Analytics today and noticed that my direct traffic tripled today while all other traffic went down so my traffic overall is the same. This looks like something is not being counted right now. Are you seeing any strange, offsetting stat changes?

    my traffic is going down too. i dont know why it hink google and yahoo update their algorithm

    I am still seeing a reduced amount of traffic credited to Google with an equal amount being credited to direct traffic. Any idea what "bananas" might be??
