Hey guys im new here but have been trying to start my adsense earning for a while now. I am bit worried though with what google will allow and what it wont allow. I am thinking about using engineseeker.com to promote my site(s) but I read that Search Engine Submission is useless cause only the 3 big ones matter. Also I am not sure if buying targetted hits would be against googles TOS cause most companies use pop-unders and I dont know if google allows that. They said no pop-ups or rotating programs but this is pop-unders. Any help would be great. Thanks.

You can use any methods you want to get traffic to your sites.
What you cannot do is have adsense on pop-unders or overs.
The TOS generally describe what you can and cannot do with adsense not your site.
