After the "Stomping the Search Engines 2" launch fiasco (which by the way I didn't mind because the actually admitted to the problems they were having right on the sales letter via video), you would think the "guru's" would double, triple, gazillion check their servers, order/payment system, etc. before the full scale launch. Enter the next huge mega launch: Mike Filsaime's Traffic Fusion Through the hype and millions of JV emails I got, I can actually see the value in this product, all be it pretty expensive. I hopped on board and bought it (through Russell Brunson's affiliate link to get his bonus). After dropping just short of $1500, I get redirected to a 404 page after paydotcom.com processed the payment! I get THIRTY NINE duplicate "Welcome to HyperJava" emails with my user name and pass word to the HyperJava website/software. My user name and password DO NOT WORK at the HyperJava website. I can't even log in! Support is not answering any tickets!!! I am not the only one, check out the comments on the Traffic Fusion blog. http://trafficfusion.com/blog/?p=21#comments Understand, this is not a FLAME towards Mike and his company. I am a happy customer of Mike's and will continue to be in the future. I just wish someone would post to the blog, send out an email, OR SOMETHING to let us paying customers what the heck is going on! It has been almost 24 hours since I submitted the ticket with no response. Come on Mike! It is time to switch gears from getting customers to helping the ones you already have!!! Hopefully this gets sorted out soon, or I have a feeling Mike is going to have many refund requests on his hands.
