    yes you can keep ... youtube dont have any restrctions with the outgoing traffic i think

    Advertising an offer on YouTube is not incentivization ;) So yes, you can. Incentivization would be offering someone a reward for signing up, such as cash, an ipod, etc. If you're not doing that, then it's not a problem if the offer is not incent.

    Yes you can. That is what I am doing with one of my projects for a client right now!. Great source of traffic..
