Traffic from torrent sites - Allowed?

I am looking to advertise my site(general chit chat, sports discussion portal) via banners from other non related high traffic domains targeting my demographic area.

Now am facing a dilemma. One of the publisher i know is offering me very good ad rates on his extremely high traffic website. But the site deals with torrents and movie sharing(rs links and torrent links)

I am a long standing adsense publisher and i am a bit unclear if adsense allows us to advertise on such sites? The ads will be banner ads so am not looking at pagerank. I can also make the banner javascript based link if that helps.

Although i don't wanna do anything that is against tos. So is it against the TOS?

interesting in this also (replying to subscribe)

If it was me i would probably send all the traffic to a page with out adsense on it, maybe an aboutus.html or something

^^ Yes, i can easily do that, But that is only if its not against TOS to get incoming traffic/advertising from such sites.

The only reason i am asking is cos most of such sites run cpx ads and there are some big publishers who advertise on cpx network do have google ads also.(though not on the target landing page)

Still looking for opinions on this.

Well I don't honestly see why the quality of the traffic being driven to the website would matter and I'm not quite sure how they could check to see where the traffic from your page is coming from.

I currently run a blog called "99 Sexiest Celebrities Of 2008" I'm slowly building off of with purely sexy pictures and AdSense on it.

I was asking around if this was against Terms Of Service or would screw me over and the way it was put to me was that as long as there are no Adult Ads or context (including links and text) then it would be fine. I'm not 100% certain on this though so I wouldn't take my word for it.

I made the blog 4 days ago (I believe) and used Torrent as the only source of traffic and put AdSense on it. 3,737 Views right now with 70 clicks and a 1.87% Click Through Rate

I was assuming I would've heard something by now but I was skimming through their Terms of Service and it doesn't seem that this is mentioned anywhere.
