Traffic from google has any impact on SEO ?

    It is believed by many that user behavior is a factor in Google's rankings - its significance is debatable.

    User behavior would include

    which results get clicked for particular queries,
    how long the user stays on the page,
    how many pages the user visits on the site

    etc.

    Google doesn't have the tools to collect all data related to user behavior and also it can be subject to manipulation.

    Thus, I doubt it will have a significant weightage in Google's algorithm.

    ummmmm... i'm going to quote myself again:

    Site visits [for the time being] have no effect on ranking / serp.

    Google does collect tons and tons of data, but generally this information isn't going to have an impact on your site's rankings. Although, they are flirting with the idea of having panels of people rate sites, and that may one day have an effect (affect?) on your rankings.
