approximatly.. how much can a decen article bring in as in traffic. like in numbers. like how many visitors are you guys getting from a article? is there a way to determine this?
i think you are talking about ezinearticles.com. I have submitted my article in ezinearticles.com and it gets 990 views and 200 people came to my site with three months. I think ezinearticles.com is not very good to get instant traffic but it really helps blogs and website to index quickly into search engines.
you can help me?. I want to know about free article submit website lists? that better than ezinearticles.com
Articles can bring in a sustainable traffic provided you write a highly targeted article for a long tail keyword especially to eZineArticles. Board keyword targeting article seldom generate enough views for conversion.
ezinearticles gives you some traffic, but it's not the major reason why everyone feels crazy and submit articles to it. It's a good way to get backlinks. My other favorite articles directory is articlesbase.com. it's easy to understand because the pr is 5 and dofollow backlinks.
H Cheece, how long is a piece of string? That's the honest answer. The more quantifiable answer though is that you should not expect article marketing to give you a quick/instant hit of new traffic. I have articles in eZineArticles that are still delivering three years after I posted them - that means getting people to a name squeeze page and then they sign up. This is the other thing you should consider before charging into the articles market - are you trying to use the articles to sell or just to get people to your site? Just getting people to your site is a lot easier then going straight for the sale - it's slower but if you capture their details you get to hit them repeatedly. You should also be careful about what you write - these things will be around for a long time - AND - once you give them to the article publisher they are out of your control, so just remember what seems like a funny comment today might bite you in the ass tomorrow. and as it was mentioed earlier, if you write a good title and leave them wanting more they are more likely to click on your resource box links. this is of course just my 2 cents, hope it helps you understand the point about traffic volume gestimating. Paul.
I'm glad I've been reading about these article submissions more as of late. I used to submit to them a few years ago and got frustrated at the lack of traffic they provided. When looking at the attractive Page Rank I received on the pages I linked to in the articles, now I understand the benefit. The PR juice is amazing. Others are right about the longevity as well. I still get referrals in my stats from some years old.
