Traffic From EZINE Articles !!!!!

I have been using ezine articles for my clickbank experiment from last 2 months. Till now I have 17 approved articles on Ezine which results in total 615 views and 160 URL clicks. That means from 17 articles till date I have got 160 visitors.

I want to know weather this much traffic from 17 published articles is OK or am I lacking somewhere? Recently I have seen a post in DP where the poster have mentioned that he gets 300-400 visitors per day from his 4-6 articles. Is this possible?

He must be driving a hell of a lot of traffic to his articles. It seems like your statistics are in order. Higher than my conversions :( haha.

It really depends on how much traffic the search term that your targeting is getting, no one here can really tell you if it is o.k unless they know the search terms that you are trying to get traffic for.

Your getting just a under a 25% clickthrough to your landing page which isn't too bad, you could try and lift it up a bit though.

Your CTR could be better, I guess.

It's not bad at the moment, but you should always for 50%+

Try to make the resource box as a part of an article, and make sure you use both allowable hyperlinks.

I am the poster that gets 300-400 clicks
per day. I've even had days back in
December that I got a few days over
    500 clicks.

However, that was back when people
were making their New Years Resolutions
and they were looking for information on
    my topic.

I expect it to pick up again with summer
    approaching.

It took me a while to figure out how to
get that many clicks though. It didn't
    just happen overnight.

Totally depends upon the target keywords, I got over 1700 visits to 1 article in 1 week and I thought I finally got it figured out, guess what, the next 10 articles I got approved got a combined 100 visits in the first month.

If this is your first foray into AM and you got 17 articles approved with 615 visits and 160 click thrus, then the only thing I can recommend is to right more articles...you're on the right path, you have a 26% click %, that's good. You don't need to get more traffic to your articles, you need to get more traffic to you're salespage and you can do that by writing more articles.

Now, the question becomes out of the 160 CTs, how many did you make money off of?
