traffic from e-mail, against google tos?

I am curious. Lets say, I post a job ad on craigslist looking to fill XYZ job. The people on craigslist reply to the ad and I send a vacation auto responder e-mail notifying them that I received their e-mail and that they can visit our website to read up about the company/position etc.

This company site has google adsense on it and I don't want to get my client's adsense account banned for this.

I know people have gotten banned for spamming craigslist etc. Do you think this would be a bannable offense?

I don't want to get my client's adsense account banned.

you can't send mass email to anyone on ur website but i think u can send email to interested people about ur website. Say these people join a group called php tutorials and ur website is on php tutorials. You can always email google at ur own risk.

What the OP is doing is not spamming. Perfectly fine...

I dont think you will have any problem as long as you don't mention about asking them to click ads in the newsletter.

It should be fine. You just introduce your website and nothing more.

It's pretty fine as long as you don't intentionally do it to spam-gain traffic.
