    Continuously submit it to Human Edited Directories and Top Social Bookmarking sites.

    I also recommend you to join in Blog social networking sites to compete with other related blog niche. In that case, you can rate your self if you are developing in blogging.

    Do keyword research and start with less competitive keywords. Get a lot of related backlinks so you'll rank in search engines.

    make a good quality post, join the forum, read the answer on mailing list and give some contest on your blog and finally do submit to directory and article website..
