    Can I use traffic exchanges to help draw traffic if I use adsense?

    I do not think so. I have heard of someone getting their account banned for using such sites. However, if you exchange linsk with sites, it is a different story. Just not the auto surf sites.

    No! It is the kind of traffic that is likely to get you banned. Plus, this traffic is not well targetted and it will not convert. Don't waste your time.

    It is against the terms. You can use a social site to get traffic.
