Please tell me the best sites for traffic exchanges and of course they mustn`t be against google`s rules.

You're learning. Unfortunately traffic exchanges and AdSense aren't compatible either. Any method of artificially generating clicks or impressions is forbidden under the TOS. As far as Google are concerned this includes traffic exchanges - ask one of the thousands of publishers who have been warned about this.

 

Traffic exchange is forbiden so how do u suggest to make my site famous????

 

Write lots of interesting and unique content, link exchange, submit to directories, publish articles or purchase some advertising and wait. Yes, you'll have to wait - you can't achieve success overnight. Of course you could pay someone else to do it all.

Forget about making it famous, or traffic. Concentrate on quality content first.

THEN look at traffic.

Fame will come if 1) you deserve it, 2) you're lucky. Don't focus on it, don't dwell on it.

I'll be honest with you, a super site spreads virally... word of mouth.

Digg it, Squidoo it, Stumble it... and let it snowball from there.
