Traffic exchange that doesn't violate TOS?

does nayone know if there is a traffic exchange or purchase network (like 126hits.com, that one can use to increase targeted traffic without violating the TOS. It should be ok if you are paying to have online marketing campaigns generate traffic, then it isn't pay-per-click, etc. What is the nitty gritty on what one can or can't do? TOS is pretty vague on this subject.

you can not use automatic hit programs like 126hits.com for the traffic source for the adsense . if you use them , you will be banned

It doesn't go. Any method of artificially inflating your page views is against the TOS. I recommend you keep well clear of these programs.

Agreed with the previous posters, there is no traffic exchange that isn't a vialation of the adsense tos. You will have to work to receive traffic :d
