Traffic exchange sites like Gold Rush

    I have heard that sites like trafficgoldrush are good for traffic exchange. They give 1:1 surf ratio. Has anyone used it? And is there any better traffic exchange site that give more traffic

    I have never heard about traffic exchange sites. Is it black SEO? I guess a website could be "punished" by search engines for using these sites.
