What exactly do you mean by traffic exchange? If you give me a good explanation I may be able to code something up :)

    Cool Daniel, Umm well....

On my homepage would be a table with say 1 colum and 10 rows and in each of the rows would be a Link Partner. the link partners would be selected from a database which they are automatically put in to when they complete the "Submit Your Website" form. then their text link ( if sending enough traffic in to the site ) will be highing in the table on my homepage. and all the text links that dont send enough traffic to be on the homepage will be on a second page, the "more links" page. If they remove the text link pointing to my site, their text link on my site is automatically removed. I assume MYSQL comes into this somewhere.

If this is a bit much for you to code... Do you know of where i can find one?

    Thanx

This is definitely something I could build :)

I'm sure there is something out there already maybe not something that can be stretched between two pages but maybe so.

In the end if you find something to use thats cool.

I may still build this just for the challenge of it all.

Let me know if you found something. If so or if not Ill probably still put something together as long as I have the free time to do it :)

Geekazoid I can write it but first I should ask you do you have PERL support through your hosting?

Are you hosted on a linux box? Does your host support server side includes?

"Yes you are currently on a Linux server that supports Perl, you are able to use includes within your pages to other pages on the server.

    Its perl 5.8 "

    Is that enough information daniel?

    One more question to ask.

Can SSI run from .htm .html .pl .cgi .php

Or can SSI only run from .shtml pages?

Sorry I forgot to get you to ask that earlier.
