Does traffic exchange promotion is not against the TOS of adsense? I am planning to advertise my new site to a surf exchange site.

The program I am planning to join is not auto surf.... so I guess it's not considered as automated or facked impression.

It's a program that member required to click a link and view the advertiser or member site for atleast 30 seconds.

That is likely to result in a very low quality level of traffic, which with smart-pricing is likely to hurt you.

Just keep that in mind when using anything like that, even if it is not a TOS violation.

Try it LOL. It'll either reduce your earnings or get you banned.

If you didn't take my comment with bias, you would have seen what I posted was advice. If you still didn't get it, what I am saying is if you participate in that program, you will either get a decrease in earnings due to smart-pricing or you will get banned. It's not that hard to interpret..geez...

My experience is traffic that are "junk" will take your site down due to smart pricing. Once smart pricing hits, you can't get out of it for weeks sometimes. So far what I've done to fight this POS is increase the CTR and once the smart pricing is released, I'll make a bunch of $. Try it and see if it works out for you. Right now they are smart pricing my ass like no tomorrow but I am still getting a decent rate per click.

Does exit page traffic considered as junk traffic and this one... h**p://www.adsense-earning.com/ which I found this morning while surfing. The site required the members to manually visit other members site and wait until 20 senconds. They can continue surfing the member site if it interest them or they close and move to another member site.

On the other hand, I've been using traffic exchanges for a long, long time. They don't work very well with google because most google ads open in the same window, and therefore break the traffic exchange frame. If a viewer clicks on a google ad, he then has to click <back> to return to surfing, and most won't do that.
However, if you want to boost your impression count, traffic exchanges will do it.
