What do you "experience marketers" think of traffic exchanges? Are they actually useful? I mean everyone or "most" people that are a member of a traffic exchange program are there because they are advertising there program/website only and not really looking for other opportunities. What are the actual chances of someone actually signing up with you? Do experience marketers really use traffic exchanges or do they not waste there time with them?

Traffic exchange websites are pretty useless. I assume you're talking about autosurfs and that kind of stuff. It's junk traffic and banned by most ad companies (i.e. Adsense)
