After my account on hostgator was cancel i move out for a dedicate server, but first was very slow and also got database error conection. And then i got a new dedicate server with a unique ip.Everything loading fast, no errors or something like this. BUT my traffic is down with almost 50%.

I dont know why because the site is almost 2 years, update daily with fresh content have a lot of back links and alexa rank 100k.

Also on google webmaster tools i sat that i have 2.3k duplicate title tags like this :
    /page/285/?attachment_id=egumarjhmqifrcbj
    /page/285/?attachment_id=fddlluzridqnva
    /page/285/?attachment_id=kxymkifydtp
    /page/285/?attachment_id=mnqcznxpymjlwhzy
    /page/285/?attachment_id=sjrincbjwbvlhzty
    /page/99/?attachment_id=kxymkifydtp
    /page/99/?q=Matteo+Raimondi+Bitflow+Comunione+Liberazione%3Fq%3DMatteo+Raimondi+Bitflow+Comunione+Liberazione
    /page/99/?q=Save+Us+From+Berlusconi

    etc.

    I setup robots.txt a few days ago.

Locking to pay some one to help me out ..or just give some tips for free

I had the same problem, after I change my server. Maybe you just need more time.

It seems that you had some problems during transferring the complete backup of your websites from existing server to new one!

This can happen after being down for a few days, if that was the case. No worries, within time you should get your traffic back :) Could also be due to DNS propagation issues as well, which generally take 24-72 hrs.

If your server was down for a couple of days, it should bounce back, the Google algorithm also checks for page availability and load speed.

Check out also where your server is physically - if your server is now in a different country, Google might now think that your site is in that country, and geo-target your site to that country. Have a look at your logs to see if there is suddenly a change in the country where visitors come from. You can fix that by setting the geotargeting with Google Webmaster tools.

Then probably it's because your site was down a couple of days. It should rebound, just make sure it's still indexed and Google did not simply drop it.

Google index everything , i update the site with up to 10 articles per day.

The site was down when i move to fist host, and then was slow with some data base error and now is up with a higher speed loading and no errors.

    But with 50% traffic

Google also penalizes slow sites, there was a recent article about that. And if you dropped in the SERPs, then it's perfectly understandable that your dropped in traffic, simply going from #2 to #3 implies a huge loss of traffic.

Check out the traffic source in your web logs, and compare it with the old ones... try to find where the missing traffic came from, perhaps it was not Google at all, or perhaps somebody has overtaken you for a critical keyword....

The Google algorithm will lower you down in there ranks if you are not up all the time. These problems may have caused Google to temporally lower you down and hopefully you should be back up to your normal ranks in a couple of days. Meanwhile, you can try some forum marketing or video marketing to generate more backlinks to your site in order to 'help' Google along.

You have to wait for 1month atleast before Google Index all your pages again.. Then you will start getting traffic.
