Traffic + conversion = profit $$$!

TRAFFIC X CONVERSION = $$PROFIT

Traffic = visits to your website no matter where that traffic come from.
Conversion = the number of visitors who take an action that earns you $$
Profit = the number of conversions/sales x your profit.

It’s a formula that’s pretty easy to understand ... Yep?

So how come most SEO’s, webmasters, internet marketers ... call them what you will ... just can’t make that ‘pretty simple’ formula work?

I dont agree with "Traffic = visits to your website no matter where that traffic come from" You need to get quality and target traffic to get conversion, if you get 10000 visitor it will not convert if this visitor not targeted.

you have misinterpreted my post. Traffic = visits to your website no matter where that traffic come from.

Traffic is a term used for visitors to your website. It can come from a variety of places, and YES some of those place are stronger than others this is obvious.

BUT ... no matter where your traffic comes from PPC, SEO, EMAIL, etc etc ... if your site doesn't convert, you are potentially throwing away customers.

Every one knows this old formula and hence all people here are already trying to generate traffic and to convert them to profit. Nothing new.

 

Target a better keyword and make lots of money.

 

"Where" your traffic is coming from is also extremely important for conversions. For example, US, UK, CA, and AU traffic converts a lot better than most other countries worldwide.
