I'm trying to provide US or Canada links/traffic for my new site which gets only European hits at the moment. I submitted my link to many free directories, but couldn't get any remarkable results until now. The same dirs had paid listing options too, but I don't think that the results would be much better. Sure it always takes time to build links and traffic, but I'd still appreciate any ideas/advice on providing country-specific traffic as I've mentioned.
There is a way to add meta tags for certain countries. If your site is only good for Usa and canada i think you might do it. Not sure how i seen it before about meta tags and what tag to do this. Maybe check meta tag builder websites.
You can use www.receivelinks.com and get links only in english, while this isn't only USA/Canada the vast majority are. You do mix UK, Australia and a very rare straggler euro english language site. Great results for me.
