    Correct me if this wasn't where you were going with this RawAccess.
    For Arbitrage, competitors are not your fans. They try and find the sites, and boot them out of the Google, getting accounts terminated.

    <?php
    function isScam($offer)
    {
    if($offer=="ebook")
    {
    return(true);
    }
    else if($offer=="publically_available")
    {
    return(true);//probably
    }
    else
    {
    //who knows
    }
    ?>

    Code (markup):
    Think about it like this. If you have a money printing machine(a easy way to make ub3r l337 $$$), you do not sell the money printing machine.

    A lot of links are spammed onto message boards, or people find them annoying. If they are not filtered, they could bitch at your affiliate program.

    Now, if a site is cloaked(like 95% or so of mine are), you dont want the person to get redirected to an affil offer. You want them get the hell off your site. If they poke around, and figure out it's cloaking, they can report you to google and get the site banned. So for those reasons, if someone is trying to get into a cloaked site or something, they undergo about 12 checks[on my sites] to make sure they organic, search engine traffic.

    There's a lot more reasons to filter traffic through. Including aff/PPC programs that will nail ya for low CTRs
