I spend no time on the site now, other than looking for more Link Exchanges.

REVENUE:
ADSENSE : $240.00 A MONTH AND GROWING. How do I know it is growing? I have recently submited to 2,000 directories + and see the traffic increasing by the day.
LINKS SALES: Currently, I do not sell any links. To be modest, a link is worth at least $25.00 a month, which equals to $250.00

Total Monthly Income: $500.00

TrafficRefferals: 50% + from bookmarks, the rest is Search Engines: google and Yahoo.

Script: i have bought here, on DP about 6 months ago. It is encripted.

Revenue: $8-$9.00 a day via adsense. I have never optimised Adsense, as you can probably tell.

Hosting: Shared plan up until recently, when I have found a dedi for dirt cheap.

I will be taking screen shots later in the day.

Auction Start: $1,000.00
BIN: 10 months of revenue, $500 x 10 months = $5,000.00


Domain is at Godaddy, about a year left…

ok, if you want to ask the mods to change the title, please do so.

The site is not making $500.00 at the moment. The site is making $8.50 a day in Adsense.

As you can probably tell, the Adsense blocks are as ugly as they get. Optimising adsense, should increase clicks. Also, I have never tried any other adverts, there might be better alternatives out there.

As far as the link sales:
You would be selling:
PR4 sitewide, 368,000 pages indexed. Is this worth a minimum of $25.00?lol

P.S. If you look at the Alexa stats, where the traffic went crazy: I was getting $50-$70.00 a day in adsense. Those levels of traffic are very easy to obtain.
I can help for 3 months after the sale. The new owner would get my marketing services for up to 5 hours a week and keep the site in my signature for a whole year.

 

Thats really huge traffic and seems its constantly growing every day, i would buy it if i had enough money.

I think its fine to post in someone elses thread if you not interested but pointing out wrong information in sale items or if it is scam etc.

But what the guy did on this thread saying "I don't think its worth bahbah" with nothing to back it up like its not really a pr3 etc is very wrong and should get negative itrade or rep.

A site is worth whatever someone is willing to pay for it!

Seems interesting but, you can't have "adult" content along with adsense.

So to be safe one would have to change to another ad network probably resulting in lower outcome.

Is adsense the only income right now ?
