Traffic and Backlinks for PR4 Sites

    Normally, what's the traffic and backlinks for a PR4 site like? Is it worth buying one and starting business from there?

    Pagerank for the most part has nothing to do with site traffic. If someone is trying to sell you a site based on that it gets good traffic cause of its PR I'd be careful. Pagerank is determined mostly by your backlinks, it depends on their PR and how many sites they link to. You should view a "respected" traffic log for at least 6 months. You want to see organic search traffic, this would be from search engines.

    you cant judge a website traffic from their pagerank...check for their alexa rank...try to get a below 200k one...:)

    It depends. You could have a PR 4 with zero traffic, and also one with tons of visitors everyday.

    Look at the field in which the site exists- check its ranking for its keywords. Look at the competition, and do some research on the future scope of the business.
