traffic after submit to directory

    Hi all, I want to ask.....how long you will get your traffic increase after you submit to directory?

    You'll get about 1 hit, from the guy reviewing the submission. That's it for 99% of the directories.

    It varies based on the directory. If you submit to directory that has heavy traffic (excluding webmasters) then chances are you will see 1 or 2 a day. But for the regular ones that are free, they are just merely there to help you link build and will not give you enough traffic because these directories themselves dont have traffic then from where will you end up having traffic.. I hope I make sense here :rolleyes:

    Directories usually aren't for traffic building but rather link building. Submit to enough directories and you'll have some steady backlinks which will help with your SERPs, and that's where you get your traffic from.
