I have a ton of writers and I am thinking of writing niche-specific blog entries for certain blogs. In exchange for these entries, I'd like the blog owners to link back to me. My questions: a) Would there be a heavy demand for such a trade? b) What kind of links should I expect? (ie., "about the author" or "guest blogged by" type links or "more substantial" linkbacks ie., deeplinks in the body of the entry itself) c) How do I enforce the trade? ie., what's preventing them from getting the content and not linking back? Thanks in advance, guys.
Sounds like a great idea. Wish I'd thought of it. BTW, if you want to write reviews of English dictionaries and send them to me I'll happily give you the link on my website. LOL, I'm too busy writing articles for other people or teaching to do anything for my own blog.
Get the links embedded in the post. I did something similar recently. I offered $5 per post. I only had 5 articles but could have posted more than 15. I am doing this for some of my other sites now.
There might be some misunderstanding... These are CUSTOM articles. The partner sends me their topic specs and we write 100% original content and pass it through copyscape. In exchange, I'd like embedded links, blogroll links, or "about the author" linkback.
You should try to embed the links with in the content and ofcourse, make sure you tell them about this in advance else just go with "Guest Post" sentence.
