    Hi all,

Does anyone know of any legal implications of starting an auction/trader site which allows members to trade and sell to each other between UK, USA and Australia. Are their any laws which say a site cannot allow it's members to trade goods between countries?

    Thanks for any info

Not if its those three countries.

If you are planning on going worldwide then there could be issues with "Trades" although you may need to expand on what you mean by that.

There is always a way to trade with any country unless a country is under international sanctions like Iran, Northkorea and so on. It also depends on the countries import/export laws (quotas and so on) and this will take quite some time for research if there is no experience yet.
You can also partner up with some import-export companies which work professional.
