Assume to traffic no rev as ive not marketed this due to time constraints. I have worked very hard on the keyword / meta tag research, manually added all categories and countries, all aspects of the site are heavily based on SEO / Search Engine Friendly urls. All blocks and modules are fully customizable and there are around 100 Plugins that can be installed with a click of a button.

Ideally you could charge a one time listing fee of say $100- now at this price adwords would work extremely well as you would have a large overhead for low conversions, so should you invest $100- into adwords you would need 1 conversion to cover your losses and 2 conversions would see you double your initial adwords outlay.

Very Strong domain name, Premium script (license will be transferred to the new owner). OpenX advertising script also installed / configured, this will enable you to contact business and have them purchase exclusive advertising space that is geo / targeted traffic.

What needs to be done.. simply create your listing packages and select a payment gateway, then run adwords campaigns.

I really didn't want to sell this domain and i am not in need of cash, i just wont have the time to take care of this site as i am starting a laboring job shortly, this is a good business opportunity.

Also included will be a 7,500+ strong emailing list that i manually gathered about 2 years ago when i was running an Australian business directory, i had about 150+ paid listings from this list.
