I realize it's a bozo no-no to register a domain like cheapipods.com or something like that with a trademarked name, but what about cheapipods.mystore.com? Any legal/trademark issues with that?
Same thing. I've read of a few online cases of trademark holders sending C&Ds to people using subdomains bearing their marks. The most that's happened so far is Jews for Jesus v Google if you search for it online. They settled before the judge issued a decision, but it goes to show it isn't far off for a trademark holder to try to sue because of that.
