Recently I have felt the need to trademark my company name. Now my question is what name do I exactly trademark? My corporation name is Submission Fight Co. Inc.

So do I trademark, Submission Fight Co.? Submission Fight Company? SubmissionFC? Or just Submission? Is there a way to trademark these all in one shot?

Please if someone can explain this to me i'd very much appreciate it!

Given that a trademark identifies the source of the good or service in commerce, you "trademark" the term/s you want to "advertise" to your audience. If you're advertising you and/or your business as SubmissionFC, to the point that people actively search for you with that term, then that's probably the one to go for.

As always, it's best to talk to a lawyer with real-world experience in these things. Whether to do it yourself or with an expert is entirely up to you.

    Good luck.
