While creating campaigns on Google Adwords I am occasionally getting the warning for using copyright, trademarked terms like 'Craigslist', 'iPhone', 'MacBook' etc while promoting eMail submit offers.

I am really fed up of these warnings on Google Adwords. Is there any other PPC company with good amount of traffic where I can promote these kind of Ads which include the words of popular products without getting these kind of warnings and which has good amount of traffic as Adwords?

I am considering Adbrite to promote products with PPC but is the traffic from Adbrite quality traffic as they don't monitore sites in their network? What you guys think about Yahoo and Microsoft in terms of getting quality traffic and does I have to wait for my ads to get approved on these networks? Also can I get some free credit like $100 with these networks when I signup for new account?
