Hey, i was wondering if you have domain names that include a companys name is this a trademark violation? How much trouble can you get in? is it much to worry about? I have probably 2 sites that have a companys name for the domain...

As long as it's not Google or Adsense on your domain there wont be a problem with Google Adsense.
For example you can use cheap-dell-laptops.com but you need to say that you are not a part of Dell or associated with it somewhere on your site.

Yes I use adsense on those two sites... Where is the best place I should put that protection statement on the site? Once I write that statement will I be safe? thanks.

If the domain have "Adsense" or "Google" on it's name, no you are not safe, contact Google Adsense team for permission:

The domain name itself doesn't have adsense or google in it's name but it has adsense on the site... the domain would be more along the lines of cheap-dell-laptops.com ... so if that was my website should I just put down that protection statement on the main page saying i'm not affiliated with dell in anyway? or do I STILL need to ask adsense for permission?

Even if it has Google or adsense in your name, it doesnt matter. Say if you have a website for adsense helps and have a domain name as adsense-helper.com, I do not see a problem.

You cannot use adsense on a domain that is using someone else's trademarked name...
