Toyota is a registered trademark by this well known company.
So you would need permission from Toyota to use this in adverts.
Using it on an independent site actually requires Toyota(tm).

Contact their marketing department and ask.

ADS has to be very carefull not to infringe trade and service marks as they can be sued for negligence and infringement as well.

I'll try but what to do if Toyota refuse (which is likely to happen) to give me permission?

You can't legally use "Toyota" in your domain name without permission - (It's trademark infringement) and it's doubtful they will grant you permission. You are running adsense on the site which makes it a commerical site. It doesn't matter that you have a disclaimer that you aren't associated with Toyota. Some companies look the other way, others will take action against you.

It depends on whether the trademark holder has objected to the use of the term in adwords and also whether you are an authorized dealer.

Absolutely. Before you go promoting your site and earning money, get permission IN WRITING to use the word TOYOTA in your domain name (and any ad campaigns).

Otherwise you might find yourself in the position of having a profitable website jerked out from under you. It has happened. I wish I could remember the details, but 2-3 years ago I read about a lady with a cruise website - she was making very good money. Because she had used a trademarked name in her domain, it was taken away from her.
