Trademark Problem :( Same Site on my site name

    i have a website "Dewlance"

    and i find a other similar website name Dawlance
    This site is Trade Marked and this is "Pakistani Auction Site(Maybe)"


    but my site in Not a Trade Marked(TM), if this site is complain in ICANN then i lost my site?

    Or my site is Not Under Trademark ?


    Please Help Me and Reply :(

    Well, from what I see, DEW and DAW are 2 different things! So I don't think it will be a problem, but just to make sure, you might wanna talk to an accountant, lawyer, or someone that deals with that stuff.

    It depends on a number of factors. Normally, a trademark protects a mark for a particular usage (classification). If your site is hosting, and theirs is an auction site, there shouldn't be a problem - however, if there trademark is "famous" they could make a claim that you are trying to ride their goodwill. If you haven't heard from them, then I wouldn't worry about it from the information you have posted.
