    take a look and see the "Content-Image-Domain Name"

    note : the disclaimer is there.

    so...any trademark issue ?

    Trademark issues? Yes, and then some:

    http://www.google.com/permissions/guidelines.html

    https://www.google.com/adsense/localized-terms

    Not only are you infringing on their trademark, but you're violating the Adense
    agreement also. Potentially, anyway.

    Google might or might not take action against you. But if they do, watch out.

    And no, your disclaimer won't necessarily shield you.
