    Answer: It's trademark infringement. Many companies could care less unless they see some potential damage caused by your site. If they send you a notice for infringement, be prepared to lose your domain and what you invested in promoting it.

    i had a copyright infringement domain xbox360forums.net

    If you contact the company it might take awhile for them to get back to you but im sure they will let you keep it

    a) This has nothing to do with copyrights.
    b) Microsoft never gave you permission to use your former domain (they have sued many people for similar domains).
    c) I am sure they will NOT allow the OP to use the domain.
    d) You don't have a clue about what you are posting, so don't.
