Got kicked off Sedo for trademark infringment...they had a complaint. should I be concerned about being hounded by the company in question??!!
The domain I own is googlephone.me

Anyone had this experience? would they buy from me for nice inflated price? ;)

Google probably won't sue you, but they could. You should return the domain to the registrar and learn that registering a domain that has someone elses trademark isn't a smart thing to do. Asking them for money would be a very stupid thing to do.

Don't mess with the Google. You need them more than they need you. It's not likely, but they have the power to remove your sites from their index, deny you Adsense and Adwords, cancel your Gmail accounts...

Don't poop where you eat. :p

Yes, I agree, don't mess with the big G, they'll probably band you from the SERPS anyways, no traffic for you, hehehe

first off, awful domain. second that is blatant cybersquatting. and thinking of selling of at an inflated price to them is just pure bad faith. in the US they can sue you up to 100,000$ under ACPA.

Just think of it like they did you a nice favor and drop the domain. You will save money on renewal fees & possibly avoid getting in trouble.

Its got some content on...should just keep the site up? I like the name and love .me for its marketing play. They did have a chance to buy it, but just didn't want it. Seems a waste of a name!

I would cancel that domain asap, sometime I registered some domain without knowing its a TM, and I canceled it in 2 hours after registering - loosing ~ 10$ its easier than supporting much more
