it all depends on the companies authorities if they want to sue then they can even ask to pay compensation

but dude if u want to sell who will buy that

if u have grace deletion period ask ur registrar for refund or
ask them to delete or
simply remove nameservers and forget that domain.

 

Then perhaps you should take it out of your signature that appears on every post.

They told me to wait and asked why I used it.
