Lol nobody going to lock you up for a TM domain, just a waste of prison space.

If you're this concerned about repercussions, then why are you registering a domain that's a trademark violation in the first place?

No one will send you to jail or sue you - if you do receive a legal request from the TM holder, consider contacting a lawyer; he'll tell you what to do :p

I have something like facebook-****.com and still no problems with it..maybe because my site didn't get that popular, actually didn't even make any site that is worth to mention, but i think you should be ok.
Anyway since someone registered my domain for me, and I'm outside those countries you are,and there is no firm that does domain registration here, i think i would be ok, and you will.

If you have something in your domain and you are worried about being sued and going to jail, I think logic should kick in and you should not pursue with that domain name. I wouldn't be playing games like that if I were you.
